🔁 Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Return Window: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Innerwear, personalized/custom items, and clearance sale products are not eligible for return.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be initiated to your bank account after verification.
